1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Individual Courses
For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content (including videos, quizzes, and assignments).
- You have not downloaded more than 25% of the downloadable materials.
- You have not received a course completion certificate.

1.2 Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, the following refund conditions apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for partially used monthly subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you have purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus any applicable fees.
1.3 Course Bundles
For course bundles or packages, refunds are evaluated based on the combined access and completion of all courses in the bundle:
- If you have accessed or completed less than 25% of the combined content across all courses in the bundle, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If you have accessed or completed more than 25% of the combined content, you may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Individual coaching or consulting sessions that have been attended or missed without 48-hour prior notice.
- Digital products or downloadable materials that have been downloaded, including but not limited to e-books, templates, spreadsheets, and other resources.
- Courses or subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts exceeding 40% off the regular price.
- Special event access, webinars, or live workshops that have already occurred or for which the access link has been provided.
- Subscription fees for previous billing periods that have already been completed.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that prevent you from using our services as intended. In such cases, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances may include:
- Technical issues on our platform that significantly impact your ability to access or complete the course, which our technical team confirms and cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Medical emergencies or serious illness, supported by documentation from a healthcare provider.
- Natural disasters or other severe events that prevent access to our services for an extended period.
Note: Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing with appropriate supporting documentation. We reserve the right to verify all claims before processing any refund.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to refunds@financialcourseshub.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]".
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Course or subscription name
- Purchase date and order number
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through the "Support" section of your account dashboard.
4.2 Processing Time
We will review your refund request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-15 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- Other payment methods will be refunded as appropriate for that method.
In cases where the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
6. Cancelation of Services After Refund
Upon processing a refund, your access to the refunded course or subscription will be revoked. This includes:
- Access to all course materials, videos, and downloadable resources
- Participation in course-related community forums
- Course completion certificates or credentials
- Any future updates to the course content
7. Abuse Prevention
To maintain the quality of our services and protect against abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to:
- Track course progress and content access for refund evaluation purposes.
- Deny refunds to users with a history of excessive refund requests.
- Ban users from future purchases if we detect fraudulent refund patterns.
- Require additional verification before processing refunds for high-value purchases.
Important: Downloading course materials and then requesting a refund, or sharing course access with others while requesting a refund, violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination and denial of future access to our platform.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
The refund terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. Any subsequent purchases will be subject to the updated Refund Policy.
